So I passed my special ops checkride on Wednesday night. Here's the new patch I'm wearing. We have a few more "practice" flights, then we'll be doing an exercise in Savannah for two weeks in September to cap off the training.
She used to live next door to my parents.

Good Job! My friend Lt. Col Maize just got back to Charleston and he's flying but I'm not sure where. He's a really great guy. If you get a chance to meet him you really should! I'm hopefully getting out this weekend...maybe I'll see ya around. Glad you got back safely. Take Care!

The skeleton patch looks hardcore. The Airforce doesn't play. Get em' Justin!
That is pretty sweet. I got a pin for making drinks good at Starbucks...pretty similar I'd say. Congrats man.
sweet patch.
it's a SOLL patch...
oooh-RAH!
Yep, SOLL is "Special Operations Low Level". It's SOLL II, since the original SOLL flew C-141's. They're retired, and now it's all about the C-17's.
Congrats! I have one thing to say to the bad guys, "Be afraid. Be very afraid."
